Graduate Teaching Assistant
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for recent graduates to work as Graduate Teaching Assistant at Tradewind Recruitment, supporting Primary Schools across Liverpool.
We are seeking individuals with a passion for education, eager to gain experience in an educational environment. Tradewind works with Primary schools in Merseyside who are looking for dedicated support staff to assist children aged 3-12 years.
We are happy to consider graduates from any course, providing they can demonstrate a passion and willingness to commit to a role working with children. Training will be provided.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with class teachers to facilitate lessons and provide individual support.
- Provide personalised support to children on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Assessing students in line with their learning objectives.
- Assisting with the implementation and updating of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in any subject area.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with children.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Have 2 professional or educational references.
- Have a CV outlining your educational and employment history.
- Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
