The Role:
As a Classroom Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students to reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.

Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support.

Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and behavior management.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Provide support to children with special educational needs (SEN) when required.

Encourage student participation and confidence in learning activities.

Supervise students during break times, ensuring a safe and caring atmosphere.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to enhance student development.
What we're looking for:

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).

A passion for education and supporting young learners.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude.

An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies (training will be provided).

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
