Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our nursery class in a school located in Liverpool (L5). This part-time role, starting in September 2024, is perfect for someone with early years experience who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Responsibilities:- Support the nursery teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children
- Monitor and report on children's progress and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Early Years experience is essential
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
