We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for a Primary school in Bootle (L30) to work on a long-term basis.

Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
- Work 1:1 with SEN children
- Conduct small group interventions in numeracy, literacy and phonics.
Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
Preferred:
- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.)
