Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant

Salary/Rate: £93 - £98 per dayLocation: L23 

MILK Education are currently working with a Primary School within the Sefton, L23 area who are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in a long-term role . You will be supporting in a Year 6 class 

 This is a temp to perm opportunity .

You will be based in a Year 6 class, supporting the teacher to create engaging lessons. You will take small groups for maths, english and supporting with any preparation for SATs 

We are looking for a candidate who have previous experience working as a teaching assistant/learning support assistant. The hours are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 3.15pm

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Have previous experience working the children.
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
  • Have at least 3 months experience of working in with children 
  • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
  • Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
