Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Liverpool. We are looking for an individual who can support students in achieving their best, both academically and personally.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Assisting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Helping to create a positive learning environment
  • Providing support to students with diverse needs
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience
  • Have experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Be patient, supportive, and motivated
  • Show a commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and ready to engage in the dynamic school environment
