Teaching Assistant - Liverpool

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the L8 area of Liverpool to work on a long-term basis starting ASAP!

You’ll be joining a supportive school who are dedicated to providing quality education in a safe, secure and happy learning environment.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Working 1:1 with Children with SEN
  • Delivering catch-up sessions and interventions
  • Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
  • Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
  • Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Must have experience in the last 2 years working with children
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
