Desian Education are seeking a strong and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team and work within a vibrant Reception Class in a central Liverpool mainstream primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children in their early years education journey.

The role involves:

  • Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, child-centered learning activities.
  • Assisting children in their learning and personal development, ensuring every child thrives.
  • Providing personal care for pupils as needed, including support with toileting, hygiene, and dressing.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Observing and assessing pupil progress and communicating effectively with staff and parents.
