In this role, you will make a meaningful difference by supporting a Year 3 student with global developmental delay. This term-time position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role.

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support, focusing on the child's unique needs and fostering their growth.
• Assist the class teacher in creating and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Encourage positive behaviour and manage challenges with empathy and patience.
• Build a trusting and supportive relationship with the child, addressing both emotional and academic needs.
• Monitor and document progress, sharing valuable insights with teachers and parents.

• Contribute to a nurturing and inspiring classroom environment that promotes positivity and development.

• A caring individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those requiring additional support.
