The role:

Working in a small, friendly team, the duties are as follows:

Inputting rental income daily on MRI Qube
Purchase Ledger - inputting contractors invoices and payment
Internet banking including monthly Bank Reconciliation
Quarter end commission charges and fee notes
General Administration

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience of MRI Qube or similar property management accounts system is essential.
Previous experience of purchase ledger within a property management company
Ideally able to work part time hours over 5 days (some flexibility on this)
