Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the care sector? Join this well established provider of complex care in the community as a Care Coordinator for complex care.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the team from a similar background to join the team as a Care Coordinator for complex needs clients. This role will be fully office based with no expectation to cover shifts hands on.

This role will involve coordinating with the Support Workers to get their availability, creating rotas and emergency shift cover. There will be no expectation to cover shifts personally, this role is not a hands-on care position.

The salary for this role is up to £25,000, with additional on-call compensation. On-call shifts are from home, while office-based work is during regular business hours.

Key Experience & Qualities:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting preferred

- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator would be desirable

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
