Your Role:

As the Deputy Home Manager, you will:

- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards

- Deliver the highest standards of care to all residents

- Support the Home Manager in daily operations

- Oversee recruitment and retention efforts

- Conduct regular audits

- Uphold our company ethos and values

Deputy Manager Requirements:

- Registered Nurse: With a valid NMC Pin

- Knowledgeable: In all standards and NMC code of practice

- Experienced: Proven track record in person-centred care planning

- Leader and Mentor: With strong leadership skills

- Dementia Expertise: Experience in dementia care
