This purpose-built care home is known for its exceptional team of carers and boasts a strong reputation with the local authority. With high occupancy rates and only a few vacant beds, the home remains a preferred choice for residents. A strong manager in place will ensure the home will continue to thrive and maintain its status as an excellent community service.

Home Manager Benefits:
* 70,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Home Manager Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
* Maintain the highest standards of care for all residents
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
* Lead recruitment and retention efforts
* Uphold the company's ethos and values

Home Manager Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with a valid PIN
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC Code of Practice
* Proven experience in person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* Experience in dementia care
* Passionate about delivering excellent care
