Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is on the hunt for a compassionate and motivated person to join their team in Liverpool, the role is commutable, from Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Chester and surrounding areas.

As a Nursing Home Manager, you will:

Foster continuous improvement within your team
Manage the day to day running of the home
Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and safety

The ideal Home Manager will have:

Qualifications as a Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) Essential
Understanding of CQC regulations
