We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, reputable nursing home based in Liverpool. Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
- Oversee all aspects of care delivery, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure the home operates to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Promote a positive environment for both residents and staff.
- Valid NMC Pin and registered nurse qualification.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Competitive salary of up to £70,000 per year.
