We are working with an education provider in the Merseyside area who are looking for an Electrical Engineering Assessor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

The role will involve travelling to engineering workplaces in the Merseyside area in order to assess and mentor their apprentices on their Electrical Engineering skills (up to level 3). You would be able to manage your own diary to get around your caseload, with a 37.5 hour working week.

The starting salary for this position is up to 36,000 per annum (plus a 3,000 p/a car allowance), which would also include a stakeholder pension, business mileage expenses, and 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification
-Knowledge of the Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship standard

Please note that they would be able to put you through an assessor award if you do not have one already.
