Job Description:

This great organisation have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to work in the field and to join their dynamic team covering the Liverpool and surrounding areas.

The role would suit an individual who is looking to advance their career in engineering/IT and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. Full training will be given on the product and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing faults, making repairs and replacing modules on ATM’s
  • Installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Take responsibility and ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively
  • Good level of mechanical / electrical aptitude
  • Experience preferred with Windows operating systems
  • Experience is preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge, however full training will be provided
  • Enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence

Shifts:

There are shifts patterns which are very reasonable.

  • 42.5 hours per week
  • No more than 25% of working shifts will be scheduled as late shift
  • 5 days working, 2 days off, with a day off either side of weekend if working over the weekend.
  • Typical shift hours: 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 12pm - 9pm
