Location:Liverpool
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute reactive and planned electrical repairs and installations as directed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Represent GRAHAM with professionalism in all client interactions, delivering excellent and courteous service.
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats in a timely manner.
  • Utilize issued electronic devices to efficiently record and complete work tasks.
  • Resolve complex electrical issues proactively, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support.
  • Adhere to the highest levels of health & safety, performing point-of-work risk assessments to ensure safe practices.
  • Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant NVQ Lv 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Current Full UK Drivers License.
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.

Desirable Criteria:

  • IOSH Working Safely or CSCS Card.
  • IT skills, particularly in using PDAs.
  • Asbestos awareness training.
