Reporting to the Contract Manager, youll handle a range of planned and reactive tasks, with a particular focus on plumbing repairs and installations. Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract:Full-time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive and remedial plumbing repairs and installations as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
  • Conduct minor building fabric repairs as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with a diverse client base.
  • Submit documentation accurately and promptly, both in hard copy and electronically.
  • Use electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Solve complex technical mechanical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking manufacturer support.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards, including conducting risk assessments for every task.
  • Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant NVQ Lv 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Current Full UK Drivers License.
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.

Desirable Criteria:

  • IOSH Working Safely or CSCS Card.
  • IT skills, particularly in using PDAs.
  • Asbestos awareness training.
