Reporting to the Contract Manager, youll handle a range of planned and reactive tasks, with a particular focus on plumbing repairs and installations. Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract:Full-time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and remedial plumbing repairs and installations as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
- Conduct minor building fabric repairs as needed.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with a diverse client base.
- Submit documentation accurately and promptly, both in hard copy and electronically.
- Use electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
- Solve complex technical mechanical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking manufacturer support.
- Maintain high health and safety standards, including conducting risk assessments for every task.
- Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant NVQ Lv 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Current Full UK Drivers License.
- Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
Desirable Criteria:
- IOSH Working Safely or CSCS Card.
- IT skills, particularly in using PDAs.
- Asbestos awareness training.
