Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, On Call included)

What You'll Do:
As an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a critical role in ensuring that our plant and process equipment operates at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing repairs following electrical and instrumentation breakdowns using recognised problem-solving techniques.
- Completing planned preventative maintenance tasks to the highest standards.
- Utilising a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) to log faults and analyse defect information.
- Developing prioritised maintenance activity plans to maximise maintenance windows.
- Collaborating on mechanical breakdown activities and planned maintenance tasks.
- Applying predictive maintenance techniques, including thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis.
- Adhering to safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and improving safety practises.
- Supporting environmental, food safety, and quality standards to minimise operational impact.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards and managing spare part inventory.
What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level / HNC qualification in engineering subjects.
- Experience in instrumentation and electrical maintenance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work within a team.
- Physical capability for manual handling and working at heights.
Desirable Experience:
- Background in a food production factory and knowledge of BRC standards.
