Installation Fitter

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, 40 hours paid per week
Pay Rate: £12.47 per hour
Location: Liverpool, Speke, L24
Duration of Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Mandatory drug and alcohol tests.

We are supporting our client, a leading provider in modular accommodation solutions, offering a broad range of modular buildings for both hire and sale. Their structures meet temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent needs across various industries. Focused on quality, efficiency, and adaptability, they deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet diverse client requirements globally.

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with a solid foundation in general DIY and maintenance skills, able to tackle a wide range of tasks.

Key responsibilities include
  • Preparing surfaces and areas for painting
  • Performing basic plumbing tasks
  • Fitting windows and doors
  • Handling general maintenance tasks as needed
  • Using power tools safely and efficiently
  • Removing and replacing flooring
  • Installing and removing wall and ceiling panels
  • Consistently maintaining high standards in line with client's quality and customer expectations

What We Need From You
To succeed in this role, you should be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with some experience in joinery, plumbing, and/or electrical work.

Ideal candidates will possess
  • A practical approach to a variety of tasks, with an eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Basic knowledge and experience in using power tools and performing minor repairs
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to upholding quality standards and customer satisfaction
