An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced electrician to join a national lighting maintenance company in the North West regions of Manchester/Liverpool.
The role requires a skilled maintenance electrician with at least 3 years of experience and a good knowledge of lighting to maintain car park lighting in various locations.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year, along with benefits such as 4 weeks paid holiday, bank holidays, and a contributory pension scheme.
Candidates must possess qualifications including City and Guilds 17th Edition, NVQ 3/AM2, and preferably C&G 2391 for inspection and testing.
The job involves working at height using a Transit van-mounted access platform, and the company provides IPAF training if needed.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician to join an expanding national lighting maintenance company. The position of maintenance electrician is a mobile one covering the North West of England.

Job Specification:

We are looking for a skilled maintenance electrician who has a good knowledge of lighting to maintain car park lighting in retail and business parks using a Transit van-mounted access platform (cherry picker). Tasks will include lamp/control gear replacement, installing new led lights, general lighting repairs, fault finding, installation work and EICR testing.

You must be willing to work at height using the Transit van mounted access platform (we provide IPAF training if required), be reliable, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

Qualifications:

City and Guilds 17th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations
NVQ 3/AM2 - Qualified electrician
C&G 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations (preferred)
