Sales Consultant - MEP Building Services and Maintenance Contractor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual as a Business Sales Consultant specialising in HVAC Building Services within the Maintenance & CAPEX sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.
The role requires travel within London and the Southeast region. Flexibility and the ability to manage schedules effectively are essential. The Successful candidate will demonstrate a results-driven approach and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.
- Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Deliver product and service advice to clients.
- Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate a results-driven approach and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
