This is a really great opportunity for a Architectural Technician or Technologist to join a growing yet established practice who work on a variety of projects in the Residential and Commercial sectors, where you will receive great technical development and the opportunity to progress up to Director.

Are you an Architectural Technician or Technologist with experience in the construction industry and looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to join a company who fully encourage and support development and have a clear progression route to Director?

This growing yet established practice offering a full range of design services to a diverse mixture of clientele. They offer support through all the RIBA stages which allows them to support clients through the whole process. This leading practice have a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction they work mostly within the Residential sector with projects ranging from one-off homes, large schemes to extra care as well as more Commercial projects. Having recently won a large amount of work they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this exciting opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where you will be working on multiple projects at one time. Where you will be producing technical drawings to match client specifications. You'll be managing the projects from post stage 3, where you will attend sites and contractor meetings to ensure you have the best understanding of the client requirements. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be there to help assist and provide internal team with technical advice and support when needed.

The ideal candidate will be an Architectural Technician or Technologist with experience running their own projects and has previous experience using ArchiCAD and MicroStation. Who also holds a full UK drivers license so is able to travel to their sites across the country.

• Working on a variety of projects, mostly within the Residential sector
• Based in their office in Liverpool, with occasional site visits around the country

• Experience working on Residential or Commercial projects
