As an E&I Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our plant and process equipment operates at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing repairs on electrical and instrumentation breakdowns using world-class problem-solving techniques.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance tasks to the highest standards.
  • Utilising our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log faults, analyse data, and track materials.
  • Developing prioritised maintenance plans to optimise maintenance windows effectively.
  • Implementing predictive maintenance techniques such as thermal imaging, ultrasound, and vibration analysis.
  • Collaborating with mechanical teams to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and improving practices through risk assessments.
  • Contributing to our food safety and quality assurance processes.

What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Level or HNC standard in engineering subjects.
  • Apprenticeship training in instrumentation & electrical.
  • Experience in a food production factory is desirable (knowledge of BRC standards is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
