Your new roleThis is a days based role. You will be working with the Engineering team, to deliver customer satisfaction, minimisation of defects, on-time delivery and continuous flow. You will be carrying out maintenance on heavy plant and equipment.Both planned and reactive maintenance are a feature of this role as well as carrying out modifications to all types of heavy plant and equipment. You will be required to carry out fault-finding diagnosis and use those fault-finding diagnosis techniques to reduce the impact of reactive maintenance.You will also be a part of project work, as well as working with H&S and QA departments insuring that all documentation and logs are filled out accurately. What you'll need to succeedEssential - HNC or equivalent in Electrical EngineeringEssential - Full UK Driving LicenceRequired - Relevant practical experience in heavy plant and equipment, including conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and rotating equipment.Ideal - Knowledge of PLC's or DCS' and HV networks What you'll get in returnExcellent salary of circa £40,000Physical and Mental Employee Health schemeExcellent Pension ContributionThe company is committed to the development of staff with extensive learning and development opportunities.
