Employee Relations Consultant -Hybrid- Liverpool

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to lead and enhance the ER function, manage HR policies, and ensure strong governance. This role supports HR Business Partners and Line Managers, focusing on delivering a customer-centric HR service and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all Employee Relations (ER) activities, including case management and tribunals.

- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.

- Collaborate with HR teams to improve line management capabilities and processes.

- Conduct audits on employment models, managing risks related to casual and permanent workers.

- Manage Occupational Health policies, integrating them with broader wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in Employee Relations and HR Policy management.

- CIPD qualified or equivalent.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to influence and support line management.
