We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team, based in Liverpool. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates for various Qualified Social Work roles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, Reeds database and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's suitability for specific roles.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
  • Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks as needed including high compliance.
