Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, Reeds database and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews and candidate assessments.
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks as needed including high compliance.
