Job Title - Solar Design Engineer
Salary - 20-25K
Location - Aintree

Nicholas Associates (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for a Solar Design Engineer for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.
The position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business and move to a new larger premise. They require an individual to join their expanding engineering team and start a journey on an exciting learning curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Working along side the Engineering Manager and being mentored
- Learning technical and engineering skills on a variety of technology with a solar focus
- Shadowing various members of the engineering team
- Attending courses when necessary and relevant to improve skills and knowledge
- Options for time off site for new qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Ideally science or relevant qualifications up to A-level or college standard in an engineering or science subject
- The ability to learn new skills, absorb new information and self improve.
- Long term career focussed and proactive
- Adaptability in a diverse environment with a potential wide ranging tasks
