Your new roleAs a Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of architects and engineers to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet organisational needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop architectural strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects and engineers.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and technical strategies.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on technical decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
