We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Admin/Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading Fire & Security company. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits and provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with engineers and ensuring the efficient delivery of services related to gates and barriers.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule service activities for gates and barriers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues related to service delivery
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including quotes, contracts, and service reports
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that all necessary resources and information are available for the successful execution of service projects
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including project status, equipment specifications, and customer communications
- Proven experience in a project admin or service coordination role, preferably within the Fire & Security industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using scheduling and project management software
- Knowledge of gates and barriers systems is desirable but not essential
- Coordinate with engineers to schedule service activities
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on service projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
