Sonic Summary
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
- Experience Required: Experience in leading and managing Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental strategies, including overseeing the Quality budget and financial accountability.
- Experience Required: Proven experience in managing a Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience Required: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience Required: Proficiency in quality tools such as 5Y, 8D, FMEA or similar.
QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager shall ensure top product quality, reduce customer returns, manage the Quality Management System (QMS), and maintain ISO certifications (9001, 45001, 14001) for a leading filter manufacturer. The role also oversees health, safety, environmental policies, and facilities, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will ideally have experience in leading Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental strategies, managing QMS within manufacturing/engineering, and proficiency in ISO standards and quality tools to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Role
Lead and implement Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental strategies.
Manage the Quality budget and be accountable for all financial matters relating to Quality, Health & Safety and Environment.
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance.
Manage health and safety protocols, including ISO 45001 and fire safety.
Implement and maintain the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
Handle customer returns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
Office based in Liverpool with hybrid opportunities.
