This is a great opportunity for an experienced Events Manager who is highly skilled to work as part of the Management Team within the Rum Warehouse, managing events at our unique Rum Warehouse venue.

The role is responsible for supporting the Rum Warehouse Operations Manager and assisting with recruitment and delivering training to the Events team to deliver our well-known generous service within an extraordinary space.
You will have the responsibility for providing excellent customer service and support to delegates attending Events, Conferences and Meetings in this unique space.
As an Events Manager of the Rum Warehouse working with the Senior Rum Warehouse Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 50 depending on the size of events. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from booking confirmation to delivery of an extraordinary event for every client.
You must be a self-motivated leader who is able to motivate your team to deliver extraordinary experiences consistently. We believe in delivering Generous Service' within the Rum Warehouse Generous Space, so you will strive to exceed all expectations.
