Adecco is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our client's dynamic and forward-thinking team as an Executive Assistant! In this exciting role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support while assisting with various HR-related tasks. You will also have the opportunity to take on Personal Assistant responsibilities for our senior leadership team, ensuring smooth time management and organisational support. Salary: £30k per annum

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming employees, customers, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour at our reception area.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and handling general administration duties for our senior leadership team.
  • Efficiently handling and distributing incoming communication, as well as organising outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Providing support with HR functions such as organising interviews, managing employee records, and assisting with on-boarding processes.
  • Booking travel arrangements for employees and visiting management, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.
  • Organising meetings, managing room calendars, and coordinating catering arrangements for company events.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring basic office facilities meet standards.
  • Creating, maintaining, and organising documents and files to support HR and administrative functions.
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as needed to support office, HR, and General Manager operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Previous office experience or similar administrative/PA role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in databases, Excel, and presentation software.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
