The successful Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive diary and travel support as well as working on technology projects and events, and any other requirements to support the growth of this business.

Our client, based in Liverpool, is an award winning financial servicse business. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the MD in driving continued growth.

Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant:

  • Providing high-level administrative support, including diary and travel
  • Managing the organisation of meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minute taking.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining data privacy at all times.
  • Assisting with the preparation of business presentations and reports.
  • Supporting with the growth of the business, including technology implementation
  • Organising and running networking events with senior sales professionals
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
