Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the MD and wider senior management team
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Acting as a representative for the MD
  • Coordinating and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Assisting with project management and execution.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role within the Media & Agency industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
