- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and other communications.
- Document Management: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leadership, external partners, and clients to coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities.
- Event Coordination: Organise and support the logistics of internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Project Management: Assist with the management and tracking of key projects and initiatives within the CEO's office.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CEO.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office technology.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is desirable.
