We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic legal firm based in modern waterfront offices in Central Liverpool. This pivotal role requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional attention to detail.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, effectively managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and preparing detailed reports. This role involves handling correspondence and communication with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that information flows smoothly. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for organising and prioritising tasks to maintain an efficient workflow, gatekeeping the CEO’s time, as well as assisting in the coordination of special projects and initiatives within the firm. There will be ad-hoc Personal Assistant duties on occasion. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in maintaining morale within the offices by engaging with team members.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting top-level executives in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to diverse and ever-changing priorities
- Outstanding organisational skills with a strong capacity for effective multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exacting attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and various software tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
- The ability to pre-empt the CEO’s needs and work proactively to gatekeep his time
- Hands-on, hardworking and personable demeanour with a good sense of humour
- Ability to work independently while fostering good working relationships with the principal and existing team members within the office
