Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent position of a Workshop Labourer for a company based in Knowsley Industrial area.
The position is a permanent contract for suitable candidates.
We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate for our client based on Knowsley Industrial Estate. The successful candidate will be working in a workshop with a small, experienced team, who will provide full training on job specifics.
Experience working with metal sheets or in a similar role is desirable.
The company have been a family run business for 45years and are a lead manufacturer of custom doors. They also provide other custom-made products to food businesses.
Duties will include:
- To operate machinery to bend aluminium sheets
- To operate a saw to make custom cuts on material such as metal and timber
- To follow custom order sheets to assemble doors
- Experience working with metal, aluminium extrusions
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00-16:00
Rate of pay:
- £14 ph
- weekly pay
