You will play a key role in providing financial insights and supporting the decision-making process across the business. This is a hands-on, development-focused role ideal for someone looking to gain exposure in a fast-paced environment and achieve professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyse financial data to provide insights that drive business performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Reporting: Create detailed monthly management reports and support with ad hoc financial reporting.
- Cost Analysis: Analyse cost drivers and profitability across departments, recommending efficiency improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including department heads, to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure financial operations adhere to internal controls and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA or similar qualification.
- Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar financial/analytic role (e.g Finance business partner, Finance Analyst).
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
