Finance Analyst

This position plays a key role in supporting the FP&A team by driving financial planning and analysis while ensuring critical deadlines and deliverables are met. It involves business partnering with key departments, conducting financial analysis, and delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Working closely with budget holders and managers within the Business Support Division, you will help shape and implement short- and medium-term financial plans that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll data analysis, tracking departmental movements to support forecasting and planning.
  • Support the Director of FP&A in providing financial data, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts that drive informed business decisions and maintain financial control.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to support monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Collaborate across departments, ensuring financial insights are integrated into business strategies.
  • Take on ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the Director of FP&A.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong academic background with excellent numeracy skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional training can be provided if needed).
