We're working with a high-profile organisation in Liverpool who are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident with numbers and enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the business to help drive commercial performance.

You'll be supporting the wider finance team with key aspects of financial planning and analysis, as well as working closely with non-finance colleagues to help shape short- and medium-term plans. If you're analytical, collaborative, and keen to grow in a dynamic environment-this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partnering with teams across the business to deliver meaningful insights and support decision-making

  • Taking ownership of monthly payroll data analysis and identifying key movements across departments

  • Supporting with budgets, forecasts, KPIs and long-term planning

  • Working alongside senior stakeholders, including the Director of FP&A, on key financial deliverables

  • Helping drive continuous improvement across processes and reporting

  • Supporting wider FP&A and finance team goals in line with business strategy

What they're looking for:
  • A strong academic background and highly numerate

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to deliver at pace

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills-comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong Excel skills (training provided if needed)

  • A proactive, analytical mindset and willingness to get involved

  • Studying towards a finance qualification (or keen to start)
