An exciting opportunity has arisen at a fast-paced large business and well known brand, offering the chance to join a dynamic and highly collaborative FP&A team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering detailed financial planning, performance analysis, and treasury management to guide and inform key business decisions at the corporate level.

The Role

In this multifaceted position, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities:

  • Short-Term Cash Flow Analysis - Continuously enhance cash flow reporting to deliver valuable insights that drive both immediate actions and long-term strategic decisions.
  • Treasury Strategy & Management - Provide expert treasury support to optimise cash reserves, maximise returns, and strengthen overall financial flexibility.
  • Budget Performance Review - Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to pinpoint budget deviations, delivering critical insights that shape rolling forecasts and highlight key focus areas.
  • Cost Control & Optimisation - Monitor and manage business costs diligently, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining profitability and strategic alignment.
  • Board Reporting & Insights - Assist in compiling and presenting the monthly board pack, equipping senior leadership with clear, data-driven financial insights.
  • Risk & Compliance - Support the execution of hedge accounting and foreign exchange (FX) compliance, ensuring effective risk management.
  • Annual Budget & Forecasting - Play an integral role in developing the annual budget and refining monthly rolling forecasts to align with business goals.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis - Generate and interpret daily and weekly sales reports, enabling proactive decision-making based on real-time performance trends.
  • Cross-Functional Finance Support - Provide adaptable support across finance functions, including group reporting, internal controls, and other essential financial tasks.
