Treasury Analyst

Search are a leading recruitment agency, partnering with a prominent client based in Liverpool to find a talented Treasury Analyst. Our client is seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in treasury operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to further their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities include:* Monitoring daily cash positions and ensuring liquidity is maintained across the business.* Assisting with cash forecasting and preparing short-term cash flow reports.* Supporting treasury operations, including bank account management and payment processing.* Analysing and managing financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure.* Supporting the preparation and management of banking relationships and covenants.* Assisting with the development and implementation of treasury policies and controls.* Generating reports for senior management, providing insights on cash management and financial risks.* Working closely with other finance teams to ensure alignment on cash and liquidity planning.

Skills required:We're looking for a motivated and analytical individual with the following skills and experience:* Previous experience in a treasury or financial analysis role in treasury team* Experience with treasury systems and banking platforms.* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.* A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* Excellent Excel skills for reporting* A relevant finance qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) would be an advantage, though not essential.
