Description
As a Manager, the following responsibilities are required:
- Provide a pro-active service to customers utilising relevant MI to ensure that they are constantly informed and have full visibility of all areas of their accounts
- Plan and manage audits across a range of sectors.
- Provide dynamic and proactive accounting support to clients
- Review statutory accounts and give constructive feedback to junior members of the team.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects, meeting targets set at the start of the project
- Provide mentor support to students within the team
- Suggest process improvements necessary to the role
- Be a key role model in the office
Profile
Experience and Qualification Requirements of the Audit & Accounts Manager
- Ideally fully qualified ACA/ACCA
- Minimum 7 years' Accountancy practice experience
- Proven ability of working towards targets and KPIs
- Proven ability to work accurately on own initiative
