This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing financial reporting, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
- Overseeing tax computations and VAT returns
- Providing strategic advice to clients on business growth and financial planning
- Liaising with HMRC, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience managing a team and reviewing work
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
