Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with valuable insights and recommendations to improve their financial processes and controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented audit professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services and solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in auditing standards, sharing knowledge with the team and implementing best practices.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
- Proven experience as an Audit Manager in a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
