Overall, this firm is a fantastic choice for a candidate seeking a firm that comprises a strong training and social environment, whilst valuing ED&I.Your new roleReporting to corporate partners and Directors, the Audit Manager will be client-facing.This role will include:- Lead, manage and motivate the audit team to deliver timely and quality audits, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction is delivered at all times. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, being their key contact throughout the year.- Pro-actively manage client planning and close-down meetings, ensuring the team are fully up-to-date and understand their roles throughout each audit. - Ensure audit practice and approaches are up-to-date, best practices and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.- Develop a good understanding of the industry locally, ensuring a professional network is cultivated with the aim of attracting and developing new business.What you'll need to succeed- Previous experience in an Audit Manager or Assistant Manager role.- General experience of managing a broad range of clients across different sectors. - Proven leadership skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Proven negotiation skills - Effective relationship building skillsWhat you'll get in returnThis Liverpool-based Audit Manager role is an excellent opportunity to join an accountancy firm that will benefit both your career and skill set through a growing and social team that will ensure you receive the support you need.
