Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion
- Reviewing and finalising audit workpapers and financial statements
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Ensuring audits comply with the latest regulations and standards
- Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical audit knowledge and ability to manage complex assignments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
