The Role:
As the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business through a key period of strategic growth. This 6-month fixed-term contract is perfect for someone who is eager to make an impact by driving commercial insights and supporting decision-making processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed financial analysis and commercial insight to drive profitability and business performance.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, producing insightful reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Conduct financial modelling to evaluate new business opportunities, projects, and investments.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Lead a small team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.


About You:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with substantial experience in a commercial finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving business performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
